So now is a great time to invest in your home here, we are expecting trends to increase next year as BRAC is phased in bring more families to town, which will reduce the inventory available and create a sellers market.

Well it could not have rained hard enough here in Fayetteville on Tuesday as the Democrats are claiming the majority in the Senate.

Opinion on wether this will have an effect on the property market?

Well its a rainy day today and its a voting day, I have been reliably informed thats good news for the Republicans as the Democrats do not vote in the rain. We shall see?

It seems that Fayetteville NC is a popular place to be in the USA, there is an influx of Californian investors coming here because the housing market is more buoyant than in California.

We are still seeing a steady stream of Military being deployed to the area and of course the whole area is waiting for BR AC to begin next year when we will see an influx of 20,000 or more people into he area over the next few years.

The property market here is expecting to grow through out this year, with new construction slowing down in sales temporarily but picking up again during next year. Resale prices will increase through out this year and I would expect them to increase even more when the extra Military personnel start arriving with a shortage of home in the $120,000 to the $150,000 range.
